Houston enter this matchup in desperate need of a victory after falling to 1-4 with a defeat last weekend.
The Roughnecks opened the season in disappointing fashion as they were beaten 18-12 at home by Memphis.
They then went out on the road to lose their next two games, 23-18 in DC and 34-20 at Michigan, before finally getting off the mark on Week 4.
Houston returned home and battled their way to a 17-9 victory over Arlington in a low-scoring grind.
However, the Roughnecks were unable to back that up, suffering a 32-9 blowout defeat at home to Birmingham in Week 5.
St Louis Battlehawks Form
St Louis come into this game in red-hot form, having rebounded from a season-opening loss with four consecutive wins.
The Battlehawks offense spluttered in Week 1 as a last-gasp field goal condemned them to an 18-16 defeat at Michigan.
They bounced back a week later as a late field goal lifted them to a 27-24 win over Arlington in their home opener, and they built on that a week later by winning 31-24 in San Antonio.
St Louis made it three-in-a-row a week later, beating Memphis 32-17, but the best was yet to come.
The Battlehawks put up a season-high total in Week 5 as they stormed to a 45-12 victory over the DC Defenders on the road.
Verdict
While Birmingham are 5-0, St Louis are arguably the hottest team in the UFL right now.
