LAFC vs Colorado Rapids Preview & Picks - LAFC backed to extend unbeaten run to nine matches

LAFC impressed in their 6-2 win over San Jose Earthquakes last week as they decimated their opponent's defence. 

Colorado Rapids were also in fine form in their last game as they romped to a 4-1 win over Montreal. 

LAFC have won five of their last 10 meetings with Colorado, with the Rapids winning four times and one game ending as a draw.

LAFC have really impressed this season, with the side topping the Western Conference after winning 11 of their opening 19 and losing just four times. 

Their run has been underpinned by a superb record at home, with LAFC winning eight of their 10 and drawing just twice. With the side yet to taste defeat at home this season, LAFC look very good. 

Protecting an eight-game unbeaten run that includes seven wins and a single draw, LAFC will fancy themselves as they look to build on moving to the top of the Western Conference in their last outing. 

The Colorado Rapids were far too good for Montreal in their last match as they secured a 4-1 win to make it three victories in a row for the side. 

The Rapids currently boast an impressive attack, with the side hitting the back of the net nine times across their last three. 

While we do expect Colorado to give LAFC a real test, they will likely see their three-game winning run brought to an end this week.
