Head To Head

  • Winnipeg Jets won 6-1 when the two teams last met on January 14

Winnipeg Jets Form

Winnipeg make the trip to Vancouver on the back of their fifth victory in their last six games.

The Jets ended February with a 2-1 defeat to Nashville, and then began March by losing 2-1 to Philadelphia and 3-2 at the New York Islanders.

They stopped the rot in Philadelphia though, beating the Flyers 4-1, and then backed that up with a 4-2 success in New Jersey.

Winnipeg failed to make it three-in-a-row as they lost 4-2 in Carolina, but they have not tasted defeat since then.

The Jets bounced back at home by beating the New York Rangers 2-1 and Dallas 4-1, and they then made it three-in-a-row by starting this road trip with a 3-2 success in Seattle.

Vancouver Canucks Form

Vancouver go into this matchup on the back of a defeat, and having now lost four pf their first eight games in March.

The Canucks began the month with a 6-3 loss in Seattle, but they rebounded when they returned home, beating Anaheim 3-2 and Minnesota 3-1.

They were unable to make it three-in-a-row, losing 4-1 to Dallas, and that was followed by a 4-2 loss at the hands of Montreal.

Vancouver avoided a third straight loss with a 4-3 victory in Calgary, and backed that up by beating Chicago 6-2 at home.

The Canucks again failed to string together three victories though, as they were beaten 3-1 at home by Utah.
