  • Winnipeg Jets won 3-0 when the two teams last met on January 21

Winnipeg Jets Form

Winnipeg head to Colorado looking to get back on track after suffering back-to-back defeats.

The Jets ended 2024 with a defeat, and then began 2025 with a couple of losses as they fell 4-3 in overtime to Anaheim and 4-2 to Detroit.

They stopped the rot with a 5-2 victory over Nashville, only to immediately return to losing ways with a 2-1 overtime defeat to Los Angeles.

Winnipeg rallied at home though, as they shut out Colorado in a 3-0 victory and then beaten Vancouver 6-1 and Seattle 2-1.

The Jets failed to keep that run going however, as they lost 3-1 at home to Calgary and then travelled to Utah for a 5-2 defeat.

Colorado Avalanche Form

Colorado enter this matchup looking to bounce back and start a positive run of form after a mixed start to 2025.

The Avalanche are yet to string together wins since the start of the year, going 5-5 in the 10 games they have played so far.

This matchup is their final home game in a run of five straight outings at the Ball Arena, and they will be desperate to head out on the road on the back of a win.

Colorado started this sequence with a 3-2 overtime win over the New York Rangers, only to then lose 4-3 to Edmonton.

The Avalanche bounced back with a 6-3 success against Dallas, but they failed to follow that up as they then lost 3-1 to Minnesota.
