Columbus Blue Jackets Form

Columbus go into this game looking to bounce back from a defeat that ended a four-game winning run.

The Blue Jackets ended January with three consecutive overtime wins, but made a rough start to February as they lost four straight.

They were beaten 5-3 in Dallas and 3-2 in Buffalo, before heading home for a 3-2 overtime loss to Utah and a 4-3 defeat to the New York Rangers.

Columbus stopped the rot with a 5-1 blowout of Chicago, and then backed it up with a 6-4 victory against Dallas and a 5-2 win in Detroit.

The Blue Jackets then made it four-in-a-row with a 5-3 victory over Detroit in the Stadium, Series, but saw their run end on Tuesday with a 6-2 loss to Tampa Bay.

Florida Panthers Form

Florida enter this matchup on a great run of form, having won nine of their last 11 games and each of the previous four.

The Panthers began this good run with a three-game win streak that saw them down Los Angeles 3-0, Chicago 5-1 and the New York Islanders 6-3 at home.

That run was halted by a 6-3 defeat in Washington, but they rebounded to win 3-2 in St Louis and 5-1 at home to Ottawa.

Florida missed out on a third straight win as they lost 2-1 to Seattle, but they rebounded quickly with a 4-1 win in Nashville.

The Panthers then returned home to beat Edmonton 4-3, Calgary 3-0 and Tampa Bay 2-1.
