The Capitals are on the home ice for this one, and should have too much for a Chicago team that is in terrible form and has been piling up losses on the road this season.

The Blackhawks began March with a brief flurry that saw them win three times in four games, but their form soon nose-dived.
A 3-2 overtime defeat in Nashville proved to be the start of a seven-game losing skid that was finally ended by a 7-4 victory over Philadelphia on March 26.
Chicago failed to build on that win though, as they went on to lose their next four games at home.
The Blackhawks suffered back-to-back 5-3 defeats to New Jersey and Vegas, before losing 5-2 to Utah and 3-2 to Colorado.
Washington Capitals Form
Washington enter this matchup on a poor run of form, following their fourth defeat in their previous five games.
The Capitals enjoyed a good run for much of March as they put together five-game and four-game win streaks.
However, since the 3-2 overtime defeat in Winnipeg they have been unable to get back on track.
Washington lost 4-2 at Minnesota and 8-5 at home to Buffalo, before ending that losing skid with a 4-3 success in Boston.
The Capitals failed to back up that victory though, as they suffered a 5-1 defeat in Carolina on Wednesday night.
Verdict
Washington's recent overall form has been poor, but we still like their chances in this one.
They are in solid form at home and have won four of the last five meetings with the Blackhawks, who are merely playing out the schedule at this point.
