Detroit come into this Divisional round matchup on the back of their first playoff victory for 32 years.
The Lions made an early statement when they visited defending champions Kansas City on opening night and knocked off the Chiefs, 21-20.
They lost their second outing, but rebounded in strong fashion by winning seven of their next eight games to put themselves on course of the postseason.
Detroit stumbled late in the season as they lost to division rivals Green Bay and Chicago, but they were able to secure playoff football with three wins in their final four games.
The Lions then ended their playoff drought with a 24-23 win over the Los Angeles Rams in the Wildcard round last weekend.

Detroit shut down Tampa Bay during the regular season and this time they have home advantage.
