Tampa Bay cross the Atlantic on the back of a morale-boosting win that improved their record to 4-5.
The Buccaneers made a 2-0 start despite offensive struggles, following up a win at Dallas with a victory at New Orleans.
Their perfect start was ended by a defeat to Green Bay in their home opener, and despite producing their best offensive performance of the season, the Bucs lost 41-31 to Kansas City in Week 4.
They were able to stop the rot a week later with a 21-15 win against Atlanta, but they failed to back that up.
Instead, Tampa went on a three-game losing run that started with a 20-18 defeat in Pittsburgh.
The Buccaneers then lost 21-3 at Carolina before returning home for a 27-22 loss at the hands of Baltimore.
The finally snapped their skid last weekend, edging the Los Angeles Rams 16-13 at home.
