The Seahawks opened the season with three consecutive wins, only to see their form nose-dive over the next several weeks.
They lost five of their next six games, but rallied in November by starting a four-game win streak that kept them in the postseason hunt in the NFC West.
Seattle won 20-17 at San Francisco, and then followed up a 16-6 home win over Arizona with road victories against the New York Jets, 26-21, and Arizona, 30-18.
The Seahawks’ run was ended by a 30-13 loss at home to Green Bay, and they failed to bounce back last weekend as they fell to another NFC North team, losing 27-24 to Minnesota.

Chicago are simply playing out their schedule thanks to a miserable run of form that has seen them lose each of their previous nine games.
The Bears won the season-opener against Tennessee, and then rebounded from back-to-back defeats with a three-game win streak.
They downed the Los Angeles Rams 24-18 and blew out Carolina 36-10 at home, before heading to London for a 35-16 rout of Jacksonville.
Chicago’s season collapsed after a disastrous final few seconds at Washington, as they embarked on a long losing skid that ended their playoff hopes.
The Bears dropped some heart-breakers along the way, but since Matt Eberflus was fired they have suffered a string of blowout defeats, including last Sunday's 34-17 loss to Detroit.
Verdict
Seattle are fighting for the NFC West crown, so a meeting with Chicago is good timing for them.
