The Eagles opened the season with a 34-29 victory over Green Bay in Brazil, but they were hit or miss over the first four games as they went 2-2.
However, they have not lost since the 33-16 defeat at Tampa Bay on September 29, sparking this six-game tear with a 20-16 win over Cleveland.
Philadelphia backed that up on the road as they beat the New York Giants 28-3 and Cincinnati 37-17, before returning home to down Jacksonville 28-23.
The Eagles then won a couple of important division games, blowing out Dallas 34-6 on the road and beating Washington 26-18 at home.
Los Angeles Rams Form
Los Angeles enter this matchup having rebounded from the loss to Miami with a victory that took their record to 5-5.
The Rams made a miserable start to the season as they lost four of their first five games, but they have turned things around since that 24-19 defeat to Green Bay on October 6.
They got back to winning ways with a 20-15 victory at home to Las Vegas, and then took down Minnesota, 30-20 to edge closer to .500.
Los Angeles reached that mark with a 26-20 overtime win at division rivals Seattle, only to then lose 23-15 when they played host to Miami.
The Rams’ time under .500 was brief though, as they responded to that loss with a 28-22 victory over New England last weekend.

Los Angeles have improved over the past few weeks, but Philadelphia are the team in form.
