They bounced back a week later with a 31-28 win in Arizona, but their joy was short-lived and they have not won since.
New York were beaten 30-12 at San Francisco, before heading home for a 24-3 blowout loss to Seattle.
The Giants’ losing skid then reached three games last weekend as they were beaten 31-16 on the road in Miami.
Buffalo Bills Form
Buffalo return home looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss in London that dropped them to 3-2.
The Bills opened the season in disappointing fashion as they fell to a shock 22-16 overtime defeat at division rivals, the New York Jets.
They rebounded quickly to win their home opener against Las Vegas, 38-10, and backed that up with a 37-3 win at Washington a week later.
Buffalo then made it three-in-a-row with a big 48-20 win over another division rival, Miami, but they could not make it four-in-a-row.
The Bills travelled to London last week and despite a late rally, they fell to a 25-20 defeat at the hands of Jacksonville.
Verdict
Buffalo return home with a sour taste in their mouths, but this is an ideal opportunity to respond.
