Miami travel to Green Bay on an improved run of form, having won three consecutive games to improve their record to 5-6.
The Dolphins enjoyed a winning start, but a 31-10 defeat to Buffalo in Week 2 threatened to derail their season as they lost Tua Tagovailoa to another concussion.
They went on to lose three of their four games without him, and despite Tua’s return against Arizona they were still beaten 28-27.
Miami’s poor run continued with a 30-27 defeat in Buffalo at the start of November, but they have not lost since, kick-starting their campaign with three wins in a row.
The Dolphins ran out 23-15 winners at the Los Angeles Rams, before returning home to beat Las Vegas 34-19 and New England 34-15.
Green Bay Packers Form
Green Bay enter this matchup on the back of a couple of wins that have improved their record to 8-3.
The Packers lost their season opener in Brazil, only to rebound with a 16-10 win over Indianapolis and a 30-14 victory in Tennessee.
That sequence was halted by a 31-29 loss to Minnesota, but they rebounded strongly to win their next four games.
Green Bay’s four-game run was ended by another division loss, this time at the hands of Detroit, but the Packers have not tasted defeat since then.
The Packers blocked a last-gasp field goal to escape Chicago with a 20-19 victory, and then made light work of San Francisco last weekend, winning 38-10 at Lambeau.
Verdict
Miami have resurrected their season over the past few weeks, but there is a big red flag here.
The Dolphins have been terrible in cold weather games in recent years, so we expect the Packers to follow up Sunday’s blowout of the 49ers.
