The Chiefs opened the season with a 44-21 victory in Arizona, and followed that up with a 27-24 success against the Los Angeles Chargers in their home opener.
They failed to make it three-in-a-row though, suffering a surprise defeat in Week 3.
Kansas City’s offense stalled as they were beaten 20-17 by the Indianapolis Colts on the road.
The Chiefs stayed on the road for Week 4 too, but their offense roared back to life as they beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 41-31.
