They got off to an ideal start as they took down one of their biggest threats, Baltimore, in the season-opener, 27-20.
Kansas City followed that up with another win at Arrowhead in Week 2, but they were pushed all the way in a 26-25 success against Cincinnati.
The Chiefs then made it to 3-0 last weekend, as they went out on the road for the first time and fended off Atlanta in a 22-17 victory.
Los Angeles Chargers Form
Los Angeles return home looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the 2024 regular season.
The Chargers hired Jim Harbaugh as head coach in the offseason, fresh off his national championship success in college football, and he got off to an ideal start.
Harbaugh’s team kicked off the 2024 campaign with a home game against division rivals Las Vegas, which they won 22-10.
Los Angeles backed that up a week later as they went out on the road and eased to a 26-3 victory over Carolina.
The Chargers were on the road in Week 3 too, but this time they returned home empty-handed as they were beaten 20-10 in Pittsburgh.
Verdict
Los Angeles have run Kansas City close in recent years, but that trend may change in this matchup.
