Sacramento Kings Form
Sacramento head to Minnesota having lost back-to-back games to end a hit or miss February for them.
The Kings went 6-6 last month, a sequence that started promising with a 133-122 victory in Indiana and a 123-115 win at Chicago.
However, they then lost four of their next five games, losing 136-110 in Cleveland and 133-120 to Detroit, before failing to build on a 135-106 upset of Denver as they lost 127-113 at Oklahoma City and 130-125 in Phoenix.
Sacramento went into the All-Star break on the back of a 102-98 win in Denver, and when they returned to action they followed it up with a 127-122 win against San Antonio and a 123-107 victory at the LA Clippers.
The Kings failed to keep that run going though, as they lost 121-110 at home to Miami and 117-96 in Denver.
Minnesota Timberwolves Form
Minnesota enter this game on a three-game win streak and having now won seven of their last eight games.
The Timberwolves bounced back from a 129-123 overtime defeat in Chicago with a 129-105 win in Milwaukee.
They then backed that up with three more road wins as they beat the LA Clippers 121-100, before recording back-to-back wins in Portland, 121-109 and 128-91.
Minnesota failed to make it five-in-row as they returned home for a 112-107 defeat to Milwaukee, but they have not lost since.
The Timberwolves rebounded with a 101-86 win against Brooklyn, and followed it up as they beat San Antonio 114-105 and Memphis 110-101.
Verdict
Minnesota have form and momentum on their side, so we are expecting a home win and cover in this one.
