The Suns continue to boast the best record in the NBA and started this latest stint by hanging 140 points on the Los Angeles Lakers.

They then poured in 131 points as they won in New Orleans and racked up 129 points in a victory in Houston.

Phoenix then returned home to blow out Chicago, 129-102, last Friday night.

Their streak ten hit five games on Sunday night, but they were made to work for a 127-124 overtime win at Sacramento.

Devin Booker led the Suns in scoring with 31 points, to go along with seven rebounds and five assists.

Miles Bridges had 27 points and Landry Shamet put up 21 off the bench, while Deandre Ayton (12 points, 10 rebounds) had another double double.

Minnesota Timberwolves Form


Minnesota return home on the back of a road defeat, but they remain a team in great form.

The Timberwolves have won 10 of their last 12 games, and they are now unbeaten in their last six games at home.

Their latest streak started with a 113-104 in Miami and continued with an offensive explosion in the 149-139 victory at San Antonio.

Minnesota then continued to rack up the points as they returned home to down the Los Angeles Lakers 124-104 and Milwaukee 138-119.

The Timberwolves’ run was halted on Monday night though, as they lost 110-108 in Dallas.

Karl-Anthony Towns was held to 22 points in the loss, while Anthony Edwards and D’Angelo Russell 18.

Verdict


This is likely to be a close encounter between two in-form teams in the Western Conference.

Minnesota have been delivering at home in recent weeks, so we are giving them the edge here.
