Memphis are also a team in fantastic form in the Western Conference, having won 10 of their last 11 games.
The Grizzlies go into this matchup on a six-game win streak that includes wins over Brooklyn, Milwaukee and Golden State.
They have gone 2-0 so far this week, following up a home win against the Warriors with a road win in San Antonio.
Memphis made straightforward work of Golden State in a dominant 123-95 win on Monday night.
They followed it up with another win on Wednesday, but San Antonio made them work for a 112-11 win.
That victory came without Ja Morant, who is sidelined for at least another week with a knee injury.
Tyus Jones led Memphis in scoring with 25 points, to go along with six assists, while Dillon Brooks contributed 21.
