Phoenix Suns at Dallas Mavericks Preview & Picks

Can Phoenix take their streak to seven games with another win over Dallas?

Check back here on Friday morning for our free Phoenix Suns at Dallas Mavericks tips.

Head To Head

  • Phoenix Suns lead the all-time series 107-88
  • Phoenix Suns won 114-102 when the two teams last met on October 26

Phoenix Suns Form

Phoenix make the trip to Dallas looking to extend a six-game win streak that has taken them to a 7-1 record.

The Suns opened the season with a 116-113 overtime victory at the LA Clippers, only to then lose 123-116 at the Los Angeles Lakers.

They have not lost since though, kicking off this win streak with a 114-102 victory over Dallas in their home opener.

Phoenix then avenged their loss to the Lakers with a 109-105 victory, before heading back to LA for another win over the Clippers, this time by a score of 125-119.

The Suns’ streak then hit six games with three straight wins at home, as they downed Portland 103-97, Philadelphia 118-116 and Miami 115-112.

Dallas Mavericks Form

Dallas go into this matchup aiming to build on the blowout win over Chicago that improved their record to 5-3.

The Mavericks began the season with a 120-109 win over San Antonio, only to then lose 114-102 when they visited Phoenix.

They responded to that loss with back-to-back wins, beating Utah 110-102 and Minnesota 120-114, but they have been unable to maintain that consistency.

Dallas had to bounce back from a 108-102 defeat at home to Houston with a 108-85 blowout of Orlando.

The Mavericks then rebounded from a 134-127 loss to Indiana with that 119-99 rout of the Bulls on Wednesday night.
