They were blown out 106-92 and 119-103 in Florida to go 2-0 down in this series with the Heat.
However, a return home and the return of Joel Embiid has given them a shot in the arm.
Philadelphia blew out Miami 99-70 to take Game 3, and then levelled the series with a 116-108 win on Sunday night.
Embiid, who is playing with a mask to protect a facial injury, had 24 points and 11 rebounds in a double double.
James Harden produced his best performance of the postseason so far with 31 points, nine assists and seven rebounds.
The remaining starters – Tyrese Maxey, Tobias Harris and Danny Green – all hit double digits as they combined for 44 points.
