The 76ers ended 2023 with a 105-92 defeat in Chicago, and made a rough start to 2024 as they lost three of their first four games.
Having started the year with a 110-97 victory over the Bulls, they then went on to lose their next three games, 128-92 to New York, 120-109 to Utah and 139-132 (OT) in Atlanta.
Philadelphia stopped the rot with a 112-93 win against Sacramento, and then built on that with a 124-115 victory over Houston and a 126-121 success against Denver.
The 76ers then went out on the road to blow out Orlando 124-109 and beat Charlotte 97-89, before returning home to down San Antonio, 133-123.
Indiana Pacers Form
Indiana enter this game in poor form, having lost their last three games and five of the last six.
The Pacers hit a hot streak after Christmas, reeling off six consecutive wins before losing 118-101 to Boston.
They avenged that loss to the Celtics with a 133-131 win a couple of days later, and then backed that up with a 112-104 victory over Washington and a 126-108 win in Atlanta.
Indiana have struggled for consistency since then however, losing 117-109 in Denver and 132-105 in Utah before beating Sacramento 126-121.
The Packers then lost 118-115 in Portland and 117-110 in Phoenix, before returning home for a 114-109 defeat to Denver.
