Orlando bounced back with a 103-94 victory in New York, but again failed to follow up a win as they returned home to lose 104-89 to Minnesota and 109-106 to Milwaukee.
The Magic avoided a third straight loss, beating Philadelphia 104-99, only to get blown out in Milwaukee, 122-93.

Boston return home looking to bounce back from their third defeat in their last five games.
The Celtics ended 2024 with a 125-71 demolition of Toronto at home, and backed that up with a couple of wins on the road.
They beat Minnesota 118-115, before moving on to Houston where they took down the Rockets, 109-86.
Boston missed out on a fourth straight win as they lost 105-92 at Oklahoma City, and they then failed to follow up a 118-106 win in Denver as they lost 114-97 to Sacramento.
The Celtics responded with a 120-119 victory against New Orleans, only to then lose 110-97 in Toronto.
Verdict
Orlando's form is underwhelming and Boston are the better team, but this is a lot of points.
