The Thunder ended 2023 on a high thanks to four consecutive wins, and they made it five-in-a-row in their opening game of 2024 by downing Boston 127-123.
Their streak was halted by a 141-138 defeat in Atlanta, and they then lost 124-115 when they visited Brooklyn.
Oklahoma City bounced back emphatically though, winning 136-128 in Washington and 128-120 in Miami, before returning home to down Portland 139-77 and Orlando 112-105.
The Thunder failed to make it five-in-a-row however, losing 112-105 at the Los Angeles Lakers, and that was followed by a 128-117 defeat to the LA Clippers.
Utah Jazz Form
Utah enter tonight's matchup in red-hot form, having won each of their previous six games and 12 of the last 14.
The Jazz have been on a roll for several weeks now, having ended 2023 with four wins in a five-game spell.
They started 2024 with a 127-90 blowout of Dallas followed by a 154-148 overtime victory over Detroit, but suffered their first defeat of the calendar year when they lost 126-97 in Boston.
Utah’s response was impressive though starting with a 120-109 victory in Philadelphia and a 132-116 success in Milwaukee.
The Jazz then kept their winning run going when they returned home to beat Denver 124-111, Toronto 145-113, Los Angeles Lakers 132-125 and Indiana 132-105.
