Oklahoma City Thunder Form

Oklahoma City head to the ‘Big Apple’ on the back of a defeat that ended their 15-game win streak.

The Thunder began December with a 119-116 defeat in Houston, but responded in emphatic fashion as they embarked on their best run of the season.

They reeled off 15 consecutive victories with three of them coming in the NBA Cup, which they won by downing the Rockets, 111-96, in Las Vegas.

Oklahoma City’s tear also featured a 105-92 victory when they played host to defending NBA champions Boston.

The Thunder failed to make it 16 wins in a row however, as they were beaten 129-122 in Cleveland on Wednesday night.

New York Knicks Form

New York enter this matchup looking to build on Wednesday night’s win over Toronto, which ended a three-game skid.

The Knicks enjoyed a great run of form over the Christmas and New Year period as they put together nine straight wins.

That run was halted last Friday though, as they lost 117-107 to Oklahoma City on the road.

New York then lost 139-126 in Chicago, before returning home for a 103-94 defeat at the hands of Orlando.

The Knicks avoided a fourth consecutive loss however, as they downed Toronto, 112-98, on Wednesday night.
