Los Angeles Lakers at LA Clippers Preview & Picks

Can the Lakers make it three-in-a-row and avenge last month’s loss to the Clippers?

Check back here on Tuesday morning for our free Los Angeles Lakers at LA Clippers tips.

Head To Head

  • Los Angeles Lakers lead the all-time series 153-87
  • LA Clippers won 116-102 when the two teams last met on January 19

Los Angeles Lakers Form

Los Angeles go into this matchup on a terrific run of form, having won eight of their last 10 games.

The Lakers began this run by rebounding from a three-game losing skid with home wins against Miami, 117-108, and Brooklyn, 102-101.

They then bounced back from a 116-112 defeat at the LA Clippers with a run of four consecutive wins, beating Washington 111-99 and Boston 117-96 at home, and Golden State 118-108 and Charlotte 112-107 on the road.

Los Angeles failed to make it five-in-a-row as they lost 118-104 in Philadelphia, but they have responded well.

The Lakers blew out the Wizards in Washington, 134-96, before heading to New York to take down the Knicks, 128-112.

LA Clippers Form

Los Angeles return home on the back of a loss, but on a solid run of form with four wins in their last six games.

The Clippers dropped back-to-back home games in late January, losing 112-99 in Chicago and 117-113 in overtime in Boston.

They rebounded on their home court to beat Washington 110-93, and then backed that up with a 127-117 success against Milwaukee.

Los Angeles failed to make it three-in-a-row as they began this road trip with a 111-109 loss in Phoenix, but they did bounce back with wins in San Antonio, 128-116, and Charlotte, 112-104.

However, the Clippers again failed to string together three consecutive wins, as they were beaten 115-108 in Toronto.
