Golden State Warriors Form

Golden State kicked off this road trip in Utah on Wednesday night, looking to make it five wins in seven games.

The Warriors dropped a bunch of games during January, but rallied late in the month with four wins in their final five games.

They beat blew out Chicago at home, 131-106, before rebounding from a 118-108 defeat to the Los Angeles Lakers with back-to-back wins.

Golden State first beat Utah, 114-103, and then backed that up with an upset victory over Oklahoma City, beating the Thunder 116-109.

The Warriors failed to make it three-in-a-row as they lost 130-105 to Phoenix, but they did bounce back immediately to down Orlando, 104-99.

Los Angeles Lakers Form

Los Angeles go into this game in fantastic form, having won nine of their last 11 games and each of the last three.

The Lakers started this good run by replying to a three-game losing skid with back-to-back victories.

They then bounced back from a 116-102 defeat at the LA Clippers by winning four straight, beating Washington 111-88, Boston 117-96, Golden State 118-108 and Charlotte 112-107.

Los Angeles failed to make it five-in-a-row as they lost 118-104 in Philadelphia, but they have responded well.

The Lakers romped to a 134-96 victory in Washington, before winning 128-112 in New York and 122-87 at the LA Clippers.
