Head To Head

  • Cleveland Cavaliers lead the all-time series 78-60
  • LA Clippers won 120-118 when the two teams last met in April 2024

Cleveland Cavaliers Form

Cleveland head to Los Angeles looking to issue an immediate response to the streak-ending defeat to Orlando.

The Cavaliers had gone into that matchup as the hottest team in the NBA, having won each of their previous 16 games and their first seven games of March.

They began the month with a 133-129 overtime win over Portland, before winning 138-117 in Chicago and 112-107 at home to Miami.

Cleveland then went out on the road to win 118-117 in Charlotte and 112-100 in Milwaukee, before following up 109-104 home victory over Brooklyn with a 133-124 success at Memphis.

The Cavaliers’ surge finally came to an end on Sunday though, as they were beaten 108-103 at home by Orlando.

LA Clippers Form

LA enter this matchup looking to win four consecutive games for the first time since late November.

The Clippers’ form has improved considerable since they began March with a 108-102 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers and a 119-117 defeat in Phoenix.

They got back on track with a 123-115 victory over Detroit, and backed that up with a 105-95 win against New York and a 111-110 overtime success against Sacramento.

LA failed to make it four-in-a-row as they lost 127-120 in New Orleans, but they have responded strongly.

The Clippers bounced back on the road as they won 119-104 in Miami and 121-98 at Atlanta, before returning home to down Charlotte 123-88.
