  • Minnesota Timberwolves won 135-119 when the two teams last met on November 7

Chicago Bulls Form

Chicago went into last night’s game against Miami on a miserable run of form, having lost nine of their previous 12 games.

The Bulls lost five straight after the 138-105 blowout of Washington, before finally ending that skid with a 112-99 win at the LA Clippers.

They failed to follow that up though, as they lost 131-106 at Golden State and 109-97 at home to Philadelphia, but they did avoid a third straight loss with a 129-121 upset of Denver.

Chicago went out on the road after that to lose 122-100 in Boston, before moving on to Toronto to down the Raptors, 122-106.

The Bulls then fell to a 127-119 defeat in Detroit last weekend, and began this week by announcing that Zach LaVine had been traded to Sacramento.

Minnesota Timberwolves Form

Minnesota go into this game with Chicago looking to rebound from back-to-back losses.

The Timberwolves ended January on a five-game win streak that started with a 115-114 road win in Dallas.

They then returned home to down Denver, 133-104, before beating Atlanta 100-92 to make it three-in-a-row.

Minnesota’s good form continued when they went back out on the road, as they beat Phoenix 121-113 and won 138-113 in Utah.

However, the Timberwolves cooled off after that, returning home for a 105-103 loss to Washington and a 116-114 defeat to Sacramento.
