Boston Celtics Form

Boston head to Miami looking to bounce back from a defeat to Oklahoma City that snapped a five-game win streak.

The Celtics enjoyed a six-game streak around the All-Star break, only to end February on a downer with defeats to Detroit, 117-97, and Cleveland, 123-116.

They bounced back at home though, as they downed Denver 110-103, and they backed that up by beating Portland 128-118 and Philadelphia 123-105.

Boston then beat the Los Angeles Lakers 111-101 and Utah 114-108 to take their win streak to five games.

The Celtics were unable to make it six-in-a-row though, as they lost 118-112 to the Thunder on Wednesday night.

Miami Heat Form

Miami enter this matchup in desperate need of a win, having now lost five consecutive games.

Like the visitors, the Heat made a positive end to February as they followed up a 131-109 win over Atlanta with a125-120 victory against Indiana.

They failed to make it three-in-a-row as they began March with a 116-112 overtime loss to New York, only to bounce back immediately with a 106-90 success against Washington.

Miami have not won since though, beginning a five-game skid with the 117-112 defeat in Cleveland.

The Heat then returned home to lose 106-104 to Minnesota, 114-109 to Chicago, 105-102 to Charlotte and 119-104 to the LA Clippers.
