The Celtics, who put together a league-best 64-18 record during the regular season, made straightforward progress to the conference finals by beating both Miami and Cleveland 4-1.
They rebounded from a surprise 111-101 home defeat to Miami in Game 2 with 104-84, 102-88 and 118-84 victories to progress to the second round.
Boston lost the second game of their series with Cleveland too, but they again responded immediately to a loss, beating the Cavaliers 106-93, 109-102 and 113-98 to advance to the conference finals.
The Celtics then took their win streak to seven games and took command of this series, backing up 133-128 (OT) and 126-110 home wins with a 114-111 victory in Indiana that has left them just one win away from a return to the NBA Finals,

Indiana go into their second home game of the series knowing that one more defeat will bring an end to their season.
The Pacers, who went 47-35 in the regular season, rebounded from a Game 1 loss to win four of the next five games and down Milwaukee 4-2 in the first round.

Boston are on the verge of a series sweep, but there are still reasons like the Pacers with the points.
