Head To Head

  • Golden State Warriors lead the all-time series 164-155
  • Atlanta Hawks won 141-134 in overtime when the two teams last met on February 3

Atlanta Hawks Form

Atlanta continue their West Coast road trip looking to build on a decent run of form that has seen them win three of their last four games.

The Hawks opened with back-to-back home wins, but saw their form collapse as they then lost four straight.

That sequence was part of a run that saw them lose seven of their first 11 games, but they enjoyed some improved form over the past several days.

Atlanta opened their NBA Cup campaign with a surprise 117-116 win at defending NBA champions Boston, and backed that up with another tournament win, beating Washington 129-117.

The Hawks failed to make it three-in-a-row as they started this trip with a 114-110 defeat in Portland, but they did bounce back on Monday to win 109-108 in Sacramento.

Golden State Warriors Form

Golden State enter this matchup having won 10 of their first 13 games, but looking to bounce back from a defeat on the road.

The Warriors bounced back from their first defeat of the season with a five-game win streak, and then rebounded from their second loss with three straight victories.

Having lost 136-117 in Cleveland, they got back to winning ways with a 127-116 victory at Oklahoma City.

Golden State then backed up that win at home as they won back-to-back NBA Cup games, beating Dallas 120-117 and Memphis 123-118.

The Warriors were unable to make it four-in-a-row however, as they went back out on the road to lose 102-99 at the LA Clippers on Monday.
