Can Chicago beat Atlanta for the second time this season?

Check back here on Friday morning for our free Atlanta Hawks at Chicago Bulls tips.

Head To Head

  • Chicago Bulls lead the all-time series 152-130
  • Chicago Bulls won 125-113 when the two teams last met on November 9

Atlanta Hawks Form

Atlanta head to Chicago for the final game of this road trip looking to bounce back from a defeat that left them 7-9.

The Hawks opened the season with back-to-back wins, but quickly cooled off as they lost seven of their next nine games, including four straight.

They finally strung together a couple of wins in the middle of the month as they upset Boston 117-116 in their NBA Cup opener, before beating Washington 129-117 to go 2-0 in the cup.

Atlanta failed to make it three wins in a row though, as they started this road trip with a 114-110 defeat in Portland.

The Hawks bounced back the following night with a 109-108 win in Sacramento, only to then lose 120-97 when they moved on to face Golden State.

Chicago Bulls Form

Chicago go into this game in desperate need of a win, having suffered their 10th defeat in 16 games on Wednesday night.

The Bulls made a decent start as they won three of their first five games, but things quickly went downhill as they lost four straight.

They halted their skid with a 125-113 win in Atlanta, and then bounced back from a 119-113 defeat to Cleveland with a 124-123 upset of New York on the road.

Chicago failed to follow up that victory though, as they lost 144-126 in Cleveland in their NBA Cup opener, and they then suffered a 143-107 defeat at home to Houston.

The Bulls put that blowout behind them to win 122-112 in Detroit, only to immediately return to losing ways with a 122-106 loss in Milwaukee.
