The best talent in women's golf head to The Club at Carlton Woods to contest this week's Chevron Championship, but who will claim the first Major of the year?

These are our selections that could win the title this weekend.
Jeeno Thitikul
Jeeno Thitikul has been in great touch since the start of the year, winning the PIF Saudi Ladies International and placing 3rd at the Honda LPGA Thailand and T2 at the HSBC Women's World Championship.
Thitikul has continued to play well, finishing Championship, T12 at the Blue Bay LPGA, 4th at the Ford Championship, T5 at the T-Mobile Match Play, and T9 at the JM Eagle LA Championship last weekend.
The number two-ranked golfer has made three appearances at the Chevron Championship, finishing T17 in 2022, T4 in 2023, and 12th in 2024.
Jeeno Thitikul has had four top-five places since her victory this year and will look to go all the way at The Club at Carlton Woods this weekend.
Lydia Ko
Lydia Ko has been playing well on the LPGA Tour this season, placing 6th at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, T48 at the Founders Cup, victory at the HSBC Women's World Championship, T6 at the Ford Championship, and T35 at the T-Mobile Match Play.
The world's third-ranked player has compiled an excellent record at the Chevron Championship, placing T29 in 2014, T51 in 2015, victory in 2016, T11 in 2017, T20 in 2018, T44 in 2019, 6th in 2020, 2nd in 2021, T25 in 2022, MC in 2023, and T17 in 2024.
Lydia Ko has tasted success already this season and can make the frame at The Club at Carlton Woods.
Charley Hull

Noh has maintained her level of play since that victory, placing T11 at the Honda LPGA Thailand, T7 at the HSBC Women's World Championship, T6 at the Ford Championship, T17 at the T-Mobile Match Play, and T57 at the JM Eagle LA Championship.
The 23-year-old has featured four times at the Chevron Championship, finishing T44 in 2020, MC in 2022, MC in 2023, and T9 in 2024.
Yealimi Noh has been achieving excellent results this season and could cause an upset victory in Houston.
