It was a good start for a team that has their sights set on the Grey Cup after falling short in the playoffs a year ago.
Toronto went 16-2 in the regular season to finish five games clear at the top of the East Division and secure a playoff bye.
The Argonauts failed to make the most of that in the East Final though, as they were beaten 38-17 by eventual Grey Cup winners Montreal.

Edmonton have had their chances in the first two weeks, but they continue to find ways to lose.
